1. In case of accepting returns
Vina Z Garment applies a return policy for customers with the following conditions:
- The product is still intact, unused and without any loss of labels or damage caused by the customer
- The product is determined to be defective
- The product is still within the 5-day return period from the time of delivery
- When returning a product, the customer must provide the following documents: VAT invoice, warranty card, proof of purchase, etc.
2. In case of not accepting returns
We refuse to return goods in the following cases:
- Customers want to change to another model but without prior notice
- The customer uses the product incorrectly, leading to damage
- Customers who do not strictly follow the provisions of Vina Z Garment to enjoy the warranty and return goods
